Mid to Late 2019, my laptop started to slow down, blue screen happens from time to time when using google chrome and transferring/uploading files. I had it reformatted and cleaned up files. It went smooth again til it started to come back to same scenario. In additon, laptop can’t connect to wifi anymore and had to use an ethernet cable. I upgraded the RAM (added 8gb) last month. It worked fast and was able to connect to wifi again but when updating the drivers, it went blue screen. So I am unsure what seems to be the problem.
