flashlight got disabled after use camera app

the phone flashlight app and widget got disabled whenever i use flash in the default camera app.
the only way to make it work again is to reboot the phone.
this happend with both lastest version of android 8.1 and 9

Could you show us a screenshot of the error?
Does this happen every time after using the camera's flash?

yes i am using this version but it happen since the last android 8 update.
every time after use the pixel master (old name of current zen ui camera app) and no problem when use flash from other app
