ROG Phone 7 not recognizing main camera

My ROG Phone 7 that I purchased just last december, has stopped recognizing the main camera. When using an application that requires a camera it uses the third macro camera for everything. In the camera app it says on the video that another app is using it, although I have restarted and disabled all apps with cameras. However on the regular Photo mode I can still use the camera's main lens but only on 0.6 mode. Is this a motherboard issue or could it be potential malware?

This does not sound normal, I would recommend trying a SMMI test to see if the module is working, you can trigger this by going to the calculator and pressing ".12345+=" and selecting "Single test" In there you can test the camera modules one by one, and if one of them does not work as intended then I would check with your closest ASUS Service Center for further evaluation
