Asus rog phone 1 twinview dock

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name:ASUS_Z01QD ROG Phone 1
Firmware Version: WW_ZS600KL_16.0420.2009.39_0
Frequency of Occurrence:

When I plug my rog phone 1 into the TwinView dock, the dock screen won't display anything as it is just a black screen. it still can use the touch sensor feature to use the phone but it can't just display another extra screen for me. and also the connection for the two won’t work as it can’t charge the phone through the dock. can it be fixed or do i have stuck with the black screen and stuff forever?

This is likely due to a fault in the connection between the phone and the TwinView dock.
Since this product has been on the market for a while, it should be out of warranty, and we would not recommend further repairs.
