Unlock Tool for ROG phone 2 not working

Hi,
I've tried to unlock my device with official tool download from asus website. I was getting "unknown error". I've tried both versions of unlock tool, but they end with same error
Also, I've tried to downgrade to android 9 as well. Yet same error

No... I couldn' t solve the problem...
Are you talking about the scratchy sounds in the stream or about the problem that you can' t update to Android 10?

Probably the problem (for both issues) is, that I have a Tencent version; so it' s a chinese Device with the WW-Global ROM installed...

I asked tradingshenzhen.com support (where I bought the phone) to send them the phone back so that they can upgrade it somehow (with CN-ROM or WW-ROM) to Android 10, but I' m still waiting for an answer and now they are having their golden week, so it will take even longer to get an answer...
