Hi, I've tried to unlock my device with official tool download from asus website. I was getting "unknown error". I've tried both versions of unlock tool, but they end with same errorAlso, I've tried to downgrade to android 9 as well. Yet same error

@Titan_ASUS here is my software details attached. Though, I've also tried to downgrade to ".64" on A9 but the unlock tool didn't work there either.Thanks for your efforts. I hope the issue is resolved soon.
