deeppaul589I just saw my friend's S20, guess what, no tint and it is a high refresh rate screen and even in OnePlus 7 Pro there is no visible tint.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/18243/screen-color-issue
I've learnt that this is an issue with the high refresh rate panels itself and cannot be corrected through a software update.
This issue also exists in other high refresh rate smartphones with AMOLED display.

akhilj66I definitely have the problem of black crush but does not occur in all the apps. It occurs in VLC but not in youtube app.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/51122#Comment_51122

But I can definitely attest to the fact that black crush is not due to high refresh rate. S9 suffered from it they fixed it via software patch, same with pixel 2 XL.

akhilj66@Anders_ASUS I can confirm this is an issue because my S7 never had this problem, black were pure not pixelated. S9 suffered and Samsung fixed it with a software patch. Please check what you can do.It is somewhat reduced in YouTube but in all the other apps you can easily experience this especially in dark scenes in movies.
@Anders_ASUS please have a look.
