Rog phone2 by tencent Youtube error cant play, always offline if use mobile data

Im from indonesia. Why my rog phone 2 tencent always offline if use mobile data?? If using wifi overall its good. Please give me solution.

The Tencent version has different hardware bands than the global version of the phone. Are you sure that the phone supports the bands in your region?
Your model supports Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 28 for FDD-LTE and Bands 34, 38, 39, 40, 41(full) for TD-LTE.
