Frequency of Occurrence: every time when I charge.

Hi, Facing this Issue for the last two weeks, every time I charge my phone, it keeps restarting, and it happens until I turn off the charger. This Issue is not occurring when I turn off the data / wifi and then charge, but it still does this in some cases even when the data/wifi is turned off.
Any info on this would be helpful.
