Notification icons disappear for Microsoft teams app

Steps :
1. Connect to teams and attend a call
2. Go back to the chats section
3. Return back to call
You will notice the issue

It's on latest build .32

Looks like an app issue but I'm not even sure if it can be considered as an issue. More like a strange design choice by Microsoft
