”No new notifications for now” bubble stuck on every screen and never disappears

Hi Asus team,
I face this problem every single time and can’t get rid of it. Only rebooting solves problem, but it immediately appear again when I lock my screen and stucks again, even in lock screen. It is really an annoying problem. How can I fix this?
