gombot143Another user with Tencent device had a similar issue. We concluded that it was NXP body or the NXP peripheral circuit of the user's device that had abnormal behaviour. If you want we can log your device but it will most likely end with that you need to get it repaired.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/50605#Comment_50605

Anders_ASUSI also have the same problem. I even bought a new charger one but still have problems with this. I have quoted to your message in another thread but without an answer.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/80457#Comment_80457

Anders_ASUSHi, Im having the same problem. My bottom port suddenly doesn't hypercharge, but the side port does just fine. And yes I am using the original charger and type c cable.Sorry about the late reply. ok, so if you connect your ROG Phone II to your 30W charger, will you then see two lightning bolts and it doesn't increase in battery?
Please quote this message so I get a notification

And since this happened, my kunai+bumper case cannot be detected by mg rog phone 2.
I never dropped my rog phone 2, or cause any damage to the charger and charging port.
Please help. 😞
