hypercharge not working

hello
there is a problem with my asus rog phone
i just buy it and it not even a month
and i started get soo much problems
i have a problem with charging my phone
when i connect it with the charge it came with the phone which is hypercharge
the phone won't be charged
but when i connect it to a normal charge or fast charge it start to charge i tought there maybe a problem with the charger but i try it on my other phone and it charged normaly !
the problem is on that my phone is not hypercharging anymore
how can i solve this
because when i connect the phone to another charge it go high to 40 C°
i saw that this guy have my same problem but i didn't see any suggest for solving it

Yes i see the 2 lightning bolt but instead of charging its going down

Another user with Tencent device had a similar issue. We concluded that it was NXP body or the NXP peripheral circuit of the user's device that had abnormal behaviour. If you want we can log your device but it will most likely end with that you need to get it repaired.

I also have the same problem. I even bought a new charger one but still have problems with this. I have quoted to your message in another thread but without an answer.

if indeed this is a problem with hypercharged, Asus should make the process of recall/replace unit rog phone that have problem with hypercharged with not any cost.

i have saw in community so lot problem with this phone and bad response from asus service center

really bad image for that called flagship gaming phone..

Sorry about the late reply. ok, so if you connect your ROG Phone II to your 30W charger, will you then see two lightning bolts and it doesn't increase in battery?

Hi, Im having the same problem. My bottom port suddenly doesn't hypercharge, but the side port does just fine. And yes I am using the original charger and type c cable.
And since this happened, my kunai+bumper case cannot be detected by mg rog phone 2.
I never dropped my rog phone 2, or cause any damage to the charger and charging port.
Please help. 😞
