I have a Rog Phone 6 and the shoulder triggers randomly stop working while I'm holding them down.
This problem seems to have occurred throughout the series, but it still doesn't seem to have been resolved.
I sent it in for repairs, but they still haven't fixed it.

I bought it thinking that shoulder triggers would make gaming easier, but this is awful.
I'd like a partial refund or an exchange for a device that isn't experiencing the issue.
