Do I need to take the phone to a service center?

The bottom right facing speaker is not working on the asus rog phone 2. is it an hardware problem or something to do with the software and what should I do to resolve the issue?

Hi you can run SMMI test to check if its related to hardware,
How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
If hardware test is not found you can try factory resetting your device to see if its related to Software. If no luck you can visit the service center.
