Charging and auto restarts and shutdows

Frequency of Occurrence: while or after charging / during a high usage of phone

The phone has the problem only while or after charging
Unfortunately I can't play any game while charging it shuts down the moment i start the game, Even if the temps are good and phone is restarted and optimized
Some time the phone shuts down while charging even if it is in idle mode but only when temperature is high, this happened after a gaming session
I tried different chargers with different watts, always the same problem
Also i noticed during a high usage while charging it also restarts, this happened twice; first while using facebook and the other was during a whatsapp call

***All this started after updating to the last os ver.***

I registered here recently, hopefully i can find a solution

I live in africa Congo Where there is no asus service center
What should i do?

It's highly likely that it's hardware since you've already tried multiple chargers.
The only thing you can try is to factory reset. Maybe even downgrade to android 9 because that will give you a cleaner install than just factory reseting. I really do hope this will fix your problem or you will have to find a way to ship your phone so we can repair it.

Actually i have good news and bad news
Good news first:
The problem is kind of solved !
I did a factory reset and tried it but there was no good results , the problem persisted.
I just unchecked my game from games in armory crate
And thats it, every thing works very fine
I spent an hour playing the game without any restarts or shutdowns !!!!!!!!
Like this, Now, i only have a high end phone which can run high end games without special gaming features. No air triggers no game genie activated
And here is the bad news !

So in conclusion what i can say is:
You said you looked the problem!; then how can it be resolved ,for me, by just "disabling the main feature of the phone "
Maybe there is a lost detail here or there connected to the "gaming features"
All i know iam sharing my new experience hoping to find a solution
