After the latest update I have seen a significant fast drop in battery in day to day usage.

Did you check your background app running without you knowing?

I'd suggest you to stay with Android 9. I'm at 120Hrz and these numbers:

8hrs of on screen use time and still have 41% of battery. At that rate I'll be at 13.5 hrs (when my phone is at 0%) which is way more that what I've ever achieved on a cellphone.

I don't want to go back through the tedious procedure and downgrade. Also A9 had huge noticeable red tint which was very annoying to me.
Anyways thanks for the info.
Hope they fix it in later updates.
