doondoon5Sorry, I don't have another suggestion to this. But I have been Googling around for this issue with the model number.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/95637#Comment_95637
So I just tried what you suggested, I have initialized the head unit so it will delete all the data, and cleared the Storage and cache as you said, Still doesn't work.
I'm up for anything else you have in mind
thank you for trying.

The only thing it comes up with is that Android Auto is out of date.
Can you check to see if you have up to date versions of Android Auto in your car head unit? ROG 2's was last updated on 18th June for mine. Probably worth checking the Samsung's Android Auto app is the same version as ROG 2 and if it is, ROG 2 could be the issue.

doondoon5Thanks for the response. Are the two Android Auto the same versions too? ROG 2 and the Samsung phone.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/95807#Comment_95807
My car head unit is using the latest firmware.
And using same AA version on the galaxy phone
I managed to connect it to the head unit.
I'm pretty sure the issue is with the ROG 2.
is there a way to debug it/get logs to what's going wrong there?
