LP_ASUSim not gonna agree with hardware issue, this phone are really new! if i going to service center, they are gonna confused what to fix and they gonna say it doesn't have any problem.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/38786#Comment_38786
@julienvd93 is exactly right, this is a hardware issue and you'll need to visit a service center to resolve it. I'm not 100% sure what the problem is, but your warranty will cover it.

iFleemcoLook earlier on in the thread for @bunnyfastard 's posts. It was a motherboard issue and the service center knew how to fix it. The newness of the phone isn't relevant, apparently we made a mistake during production on your unit.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/38933#Comment_38933

Did you have this function enabled?
If you toggle Sensitivity Booster, does that effect your Air Trigger problem?
