Aeroactive cooler 2 don't work properly

Why when I plug my aeroactive cooler,my device recognize it and when I plug my charger or headset it's work properly but the fan didn't spin ?

In Armoury crate there's a three dot menu in the top right corner. Have you tried enter settings and disabled the top option regarding the fan and microphone? Many times it's because of this that the fan stops and users think it's because of their charger or headset

Good day, im am also having problem on my earocooler port, fan is working but its not charging. Hope you can help. Thank you.
