Aeroactive cooler not charging

Fan is working great also the headset, the only problem is, its not charging when i use the aero cooler port. Thank you.

I think its not a good idea to play games while charging, my aero cooler port is not working anymore, its not charging.

Mine is not charging when i plugged on aero cooler, but the bottom port is o.k, and also if i remove the aero cooler and charge it on the side port its working, is my aero cooler port really broken? Thanks in advance.
