The AeroActive Cooler X Pro suddenly stopped working after turning off the phone screen for about 20 minutes. After that, when I picked up my phone to use it, it turned out that my phone could not find the fan. There was no light on the fan and the fan did not spin. Anime Vision worked even though the fan was installed. But it was still able to charge through the USB C port that the fan passed through to the phone as usual. But I have a temporary solution: rebooting the phone will be able to use the fan again. But it comes back every now and then.
