is this normal for rog 9 volume button? (attached video, urgent)

my rog phone 9 volume button rattles badly and easily when it it's touched or even when i shake the phone, i have attached a video. is this widespread and considered normal for rog phone 9?

Yes mine are the same but I use a cover and it's not too annoying
