Armoury Crate missing features?

Hi all, I've been trying to get the Aura Lighting on my ROG 9 Pro to work instead of the LEDs just displaying White and Red colours, but it seems like the armoury crate app that came with my phone is missing quite a few features?

I've tried to follow this link https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1045953/  as well as the video tutorial on youtube but nothing seems to work.  I have neither the 3 extra tabs on the armoury crate nor the 'advanced settings' for the system lighting (which seems to be missing itself).

I've also attached some screenshots here to illustrate my issue.

The ROG 9 pro uses the Anime Vision display that has white leds only and some red leds under. There is no RGB.

Owh I see.
I should have checked for further information beforehand as I was told by the salesperson at the ROG store that the colours could be customized like the previous phone, I guess not then...

Hello @Crim7 

It is as @Koudmaker says, the ROG Phone 9 Pro only works in red and white
