Zenphone 9 keeps disabling "Allow background usage"

So both me and my wifes zenphone 9 has started disabling "Allow background usage" for any app that might have it enabled, sometimes after 15 minutes sometimes it takes hours, this is really anoying when trying to play music or an audiobook on it, because it then shuts down the network for those apps

has anybody else seen an issue like this?

Go into "Allow background usage" option and select "Unrestricted"
