Dear ASUS Support,

I appreciate your reply, but I must insist — I already visited the Download Center, and the firmware version 34.1420.1420.407 for my ROG Phone 8 Pro (AI2401) is not available there.

I am not looking for general software or driver downloads. I need a specific firmware version (.407), which was previously available but now seems to be missing.Please escalate this request to a technical specialist or second-level support if necessary. I need confirmation:Is version .407 still available?Can you provide a direct download link?If it is no longer available, what is the official replacement version?

I’ve been in the same spot before—sometimes a firmware version just disappears without any notice. If it’s not in the Download Center anymore, there’s a chance it was pulled due to bugs or replaced quietly.

To rule out device issues on my end, I’ve sometimes tested with a few simple internal portals like woofapps.net (used by some workplaces). Just to make sure my phone's browser, DNS, and basic connectivity weren’t part of the problem.

But yeah, for the .407 version itself, only ASUS support can confirm what’s going on. Hope they escalate it for you soon.
