Occasional overheating & battery drain

I've just bought rog phone 9 since 1 week and it happened 3-4 times the phone starts overheating till 42-43 degrees even in idle state, with fast battery drain. Others users have noticed it's an issue since the last update.

I manage to solve it by manually cleaning phone's ram usage from settings, and temperature drops to ~30 degrees in few minutes. It's clearly caused by some background process that the phone should be able to detect and close immediately before the overheating occurs, so I just let the devs know to fix this in future updates

Hello @MrBlackCrush
What you are experiencing is normally caused by the optimization process after an update, in where the phone gets to optimize apps and usage according to your own usage. After a week it should start working normally.

I hope so because when the problem is not there, this phone has the best passive heat dissipation I've seen

Abgekühlt also wieder kalt.

Go in settings > advance settings > mobile management and clean ram

Anyway the problem is very less frequent now, but when it happens I still have to do this manually, or phone won't cool down
