Its going to be a hard choice for now if you want a phone with acces to the bootloader unlock. (Mostly will be only a pixel phone directly bought from Google that will still have acces to the bootloader).

Samsung still has the option to open the bootloader, only Samsung has a problem with knox and other security patches

Only in certain market its bootloader is unlockable.

In China it is blocked, but many brands make unlocking for the European part. Regarding the Bootloader Unlock Tool for mobile devices: ASUS phones released after January 2024 will no longer actively provide the Bootloader Unlock Tool.
