When I connect my phone wtih computer by Usb-c side port my phone's lower port is not working

When I connect my phone to computer with the side port my my is not recognising the lower port connected with AC adapter

The phone will switch to the bottom port because its has higher priority then the side port. Same is with charging when you connect the cooler and the charger cable to the bottom port it will give you a warning about that.
