Which firmware are you on?
I would recommend checking the built-in Mobile Manager to see what could be causing this, you can find it in Settings > Advanced > Mobile Manager.
In there you can do a scan and clean up what could be using that much RAM, could you also please take a screenshot of how the RAM usage looks inside of Mobile Manager?
