I already did the Clear Cache, Memory Cleaner, Clean Up and I also try to Force to Stop the GAME GENIE and I already RESTART my phone I already did the basic trouble shooting to make my GAME GENIE works but still it says that LOADING PLEASE WAIT in the ARMOURY CRATE and still not responding when I'm trying to OPEN my GAME GENIE. I just bought my phone yesterday and I already experiencing ISSUES.🙃 Please ASUS fix this problem.

The team is working on a fix at the moment, I have some more detailed troubleshooting steps here, please try force stopping the app first before doing the clearing of the cache and storage as it seems to work the best.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
Open your device's settings and navigate to "Apps & Notifications."
Under the "Recently opened apps" section, select "See all apps."
Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner and enable "Show system"
Find and select "Game Genie" from the app list.
Go to "Storage & Cache" and tap "Clear storage."
Return to Settings and navigate to "Advanced" > "Game Genie." Ensure that notification permissions are enabled.
After completing the steps above, restart your device.
Once restarted, go to Settings > Advanced Features > Game Genie. Tap "Manage Game List" to ensure the game list is displayed correctly.
