ELGATO ISSUE WHEN AEROACTIVE COOLER IS CONNECTED

Can someone help. I just wanted to start streaming and got a elgato 4k x for my rog phone 8 pro Edition 

When the cooler is connected. I can't mirror my screen using elgato 

Its always showing no signal

Does aero active cooler support hdmi? Please help asus

if not please suggest a solution. I can't play without AEROACTIVE COOLER

The aero active cooler doesn't support that. The USB port on it is only for Power delivery / charging.

Hello, as @Koudmaker mentioned, the AeroActive Cooler does not have HDMI passthrough.
I've seen some people using a screen mirroring software but sadly I don't know which one.
