How can I adjust the display quality to QHD? Object or character appear small on my ROG 8pro unlike my Samsung 21 ultra.

Resolution is a hardware feature. You can adjust scaling in the Display preferences.

The Display of the ROG 8 pro is FHD+ so its a 1080P screen. QHD displays are 1440P (2K) the difference is only noticable on big screens. So you can't adjust it to Qhd.

To make objects and characters bigger, go to display, then Display size and text. There, you can adjust front and display sizes.
