Does anybody else find it very cold and loud on smart mode? my fingers go numb from the cold, is it possible to reach customer service to replace it?

Hi @toganstuff 
It could be that the cooler is detecting sustained heat and tries to cool it down quickly, but does this happen for a long time?

Hi @Mattias_ASUS  I recorded a video, smart mode and cool mode both sound equally aggressive I expected smart to be more gentle breeze, please have the team take a look. My ROG 7 cooler isnt this loud either, will make a short video comparison shortly.
