Main and front camera not working

I can't believe that there's still no solution for this problem. I tried everything (clear cache, rebooting, etc.) but it doesn't make any difference. It's starting to affect my work and my banking verification as it requires facial recognition. I can't afford losing my current phone. Please help

I contacted service center and they want the device to be sent and camera to be replaced at 115 cad and diagnostic fee of 85 cad .. seriously fed up with this device at this moment..

If you still are experiencing problems after doing a reset then it could be an issue with the camera module.
I would recommend you reaching out to your closest ASUS Service Center and see what can be done.

buddy am seriously fed up with this phone 

you wanna see the quote I got . 

After the software update the camera stopped working which unfortunately my warranry was over by then and after deep digging the issue it was the back panel bulge and to fix the issue 1500$.. is serious rip off to every customer who is going threw this !!! 

wasted so much money .. and money is not easy to earn these day s

check if you back case of the phone has a bulge or the case is coming off , I figured out this is an common issue and asus wont agree
