Oh I see what you mean now, the Quick Settings panel only work for system settings, but will forward your suggestion to the dev team.

Some apps already have that. You only need to add it to your notification panel.

If you swipe down your notification panel you'll see a Pen icon on the bottom left corner, in there you can choose apps, functions and customize your quick settings panel.
Yes, but the Vpn icon is not there. That's why I'm asking you to add it in the next updates, please.
