my phone just made an update and i cant receive or make a call though i can text messages or use my data and help with that?

Which firmware version is your phone on? I don't think I've heard of this issue before.
Just to confirm, you can use data and text messages but can't make or receive calls?

yea thats right, when they try to call me it says phone is closed and when i make a call it just doesnt ring and close. you mean the current version update that is it now?

Exactly, you can find the firmware version by going to Settings > System > About phone > Build number.

Have you reached out to your service provider in case anything might have changed in their system?
