Asus rog 5s phone fingerprint air triggers not working please help me how to fixed my phone

Can you check versions of your armoury crate and game genie?
My ROG 5S A13 have Armoury Crate version 6.1.0.62_230906
& Game Genie  version 8.8.0.21_241212
and I have no issues with either fingerprint or air triggers.
Works perfectly fine for me.
