Rog Phone 5, No WIFI, No firmware versions can be found.

Hello,
My phone has a huge problem, no WIFI, no HOT SPOT, Fingerprint, almost nothing works.
I managed to install the STOCK version. Still nothing works.
To try to upgrade it I need several versions of Firmware, which unfortunately I can't find either. Asus has hidden all the upgrade versions except the last one.

Please someone from Asus, make a link to a simple HTML page where users can download the firmware they need, and not go to beg various forums which asking for payment.
To even try to upgrade the current version I need 18.0840.2201.229 WW version, which I can't find anywhere.
Can anyone help?

Can someone give a link to the original firmware please? Or way to upgrade.
Upgrade not work with UL-ASUS_I005_1-ASUS-33.0210.0210.221-1.1.302-2306-user nor with last version.
It say cannot upgrade.
The phone is practically unusable.
You are the best and that's why im here to pray that someone will help.
Or at least take 2 minutes to answer where we can read how to help myself.
I dont dare to try anything now, before someone with experience tell me what to do properly.
I dont want to brick my phone too.
The phone is for my 10 old kid, if was just for me i wouldnt even bother anyone.

The only solution to this is to visit service center. That's what their support will say.

They had taken down major upgrades from their site and server.

So you can get it upgraded via service center.

That sounds super annoying. I totally get how frustrating it is when your phone barely works and finding the right firmware feels impossible.I wish Asus made it easier to grab older versions instead of hiding everything Maybe try checking XDA forums or other ROG communities—sometimes people share the files there for free. You could also try reaching out to Asus support directly; if you explain your phone isn’t working at all, they might send you the right link.Hope you get it sorted soon! Hang in there

I faced similar issue. You can try their support but they won't provide you with any upgrade links. I have been there. They will also ask you to visit service center.
