Dear ASUS team,
I am writing to you to ask for your help. Three months ago, I had a traffic accident: I was hit by a car and my ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro phone in my backpack was seriously damaged.
After that I went to a service center, but was refused repair because my phone was purchased in China. Unfortunately, I also failed to find help in other workshops - the specialists could not identify and eliminate the problem.
This phone has a special value for me: I worked long and hard without a day off for two months to save up to buy it. I have now saved up again to pay for the repair, but the possibility of getting it repaired remains out of my reach.
Please consider supporting me by helping me with the repair or suggesting an alternative solution so that I can get the device working again.
I would sincerely appreciate your attention and any possible help.
Sincerely,
[ Kit ]

If your phone is bought in CN it can only be repaired in CN. What you can do is contact your seller and let your seller arrange the warranty process.

If the device is damaged due to external impact or pressure, according to ASUS warranty terms, it is usually classified as out-of-warranty repair. The repair cost will depend on the damaged components and may be relatively high.
If the phone was purchased in China, some service centers in certain regions may not have access to compatible parts. As suggested by other users, we recommend contacting the seller first to arrange for follow-up repair services.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
