While in call my voice is not delivering to other person After update

i am using A14 34.1010.0820.85  my voice is not audible to opposite person in calls and also while I am using aero active cooler with charger connected.the cooler is automatically disconnecting .All sim cards strength is so low unable to call and internet is very bad it's not able to reach single point.worst update and worst mobile

The team asks if you could answer some questions regarding your issue.
You mentioned that the voice is not audible to the opposite person in calls.
1- Is it silent? or not clear?
2- Does this happen on all calls? Or 3rd party apps?
3- Does it happen with all opposite persons?
You can test if your microphone is working normally by doing a SMMI test by going to the calculator and pressing ".12345+=" > Single test and try the board mics.
4- Do they show any error after the test? And if so, does recording in the "Recording app" work?

For the Cooler issues:
5- Does it disconnect only? Or does it disconnect and reconnect?
6- Could you make a short video showing it happening?

For the SIM strength:
7- Are you in a location with a normally low signal strength? If so, can you try a place with a strong signal to test if this works better?
8- Are you also having problems if you change the SIM card to the 2nd slot?
