Asus ROG 7 stuck at November 2023 version

Can anyone help? Is this normal?

Both OS Update and Google Play System Update stuck in November 2023.

I have the exact same problem, I was getting updates regularly too. But November 2023 was the latest security update available.

I have same issue, but my google play system update stuck at February 2023

It said no update when i press check for update

So, I am trying to get support from Asus via this thread, although the chance is slim.

How did you get the november 2023 update for google play system? My security update same as you at November 2023
