The only way to fix it for a duration is to find the Bluetooth Volume setting. Change Absolute volume to Independent volume. Then change it back to Absolute volume. Also make sure it is up to date via from the phone or manually check on Asus website to see if there is an update above what you already have on your phone and manually download it
