please do elaborate more as this NEVER happen on android 13, and it's only happen after android 14 update pushed to us. On android 13 the highest temperature my phone can reach is 42, and that was from using only mobile data and usage outside room without air conditioner or fan for 2 hours. Now even with wifi and air conditioner it will reach 44 temp with only 20 mins of usage.
Does ASUS have no intention to find or fix the current problem related to performance and overheating on android 14 on the next update ?
I'm waiting for your explanation 3x24 from now. Fail to respond means that you as representative from ASUS do neglect us as customer and I'll began to draft a lawsuit against ASUS. Tomorrow i'll take writen confirmation from ASUS service center regarding this issue.

I never said 47-50 degrees is normal, most logs I've received had between 30-38 degrees within them during using which is still a very normal temperature.
If you are experiencing these kind of temperatures then please feel free to send me a PM with a log recreating those temperatures, as I have not received a log from you.

Let me say why you didn't recieved it dear @Mattias_ASUS I sent over my phone to repair last week and you know why it was at RMA ? Because android 14 made my phone a microwave and discharged my battery it was a nuclear bomb and allot of componentens were damaged because of the heet so yeah there is definitely a issue and look at droid win site all those logs don't lie buddy 47 degrees on all logs instead of denying accept the fact that the update break our phones but stil Asus is saying temperatures are normal between 30 / 35 but no people who have knowledge opened the logs and clearly it's showing 47 degrees logs ain't lying @Mattias_ASUS but Asus does lie to their consumers that's a fact now Asus is in bad publicity on droidwin is that a lie aswell? What if I sent my logs over if my phone was not at repair ? What would Asus say ? I know what they would say it's normal temperature nothing bad while android 14 broke my phone phone I don't have the phone a year and it already broke and what the coincidence is android 13 had no problems at all no heating or performance problems it worked like a dream after android 14 my phone became a nuclear heating bomb so yeah don't tell me the logs are normal that is Asus lying and denying the fact that android 14 broke our phones

yeah u don't said about normal, but it's also a fact that below 45 is not optimal. except u live in savannah then it's probably a normal thing for the phone to go beyond 40. yes the phone designed to handle more heat to produce more power, but why it go max temp with min power ?
if we play something like genshin impact or honkai with max setting then it's probably an okay temp as the phone was pushed to the limit. but here i'm only playing mobile legend with medium setting, this is why we complain. we r not even using the phone to the limit but the temp keep going up. And the last thing was, this never happen on android 13.
below 35/40 is optimal depend on where you live, not 45.
Android 13:
mobile legend 120fps, ultra graphic, highest temp was 42 after 2 hours of gaming.
instagram, 60 fps, scroll for 1 hour, highest temp never reach 35, only 32-34.
Android 14:
mobile legend 120fps, medium graphic, highest temp 47 after 40 min of gaming, and for the temp with only 20 mins session it will go to 44.
instagram, 60 fps, half an hour, it will always and surely go to 37 or 38.
ps: on android 13, my country is on summer season and it was more hot, on android 14, my country goes to rainy season, and it was colder. so weather is not the culprit here.

"During extensive usage, the average CPU utilisation hovers around 40 per cent, with GPU utilisation at approximately 60 per cent. Furthermore, the system temperature remains relatively stable, ranging between 35 and 40°C."
this is and old review from may 2023. and that was during extensive usage, not light usage.
now april 2024, without hardware update, only software update, it's weird enough if the temp go up significantly.

"A cell kept between 25 – 40 degrees Celsius (77 – 86 degrees Fahrenheit) should retain around 85% to 96% of its capacity after the first year with sensible charging cycles. Raising the temperature regularly above 40°C (104°F) and charging to 100% sees this fall to just 65% capacity after the first year, and a 60°C (140°F) battery temperature will hit this marker in as little as three months."
an definitely below 45 is not optimal.
