Android 14 issues

Hello, after android 14 update I face some of the issues especially in gaming session. While in idle state, the sound system kinda weird (like explode sound, blurry like people sound when the signal connection are bad  while calling), before this (android 13) the sound system are in good condition. I kind of think that maybe the newest android are still not fully optimize. Hopefully there are updates in the future to solve this problem, thank you.

p.s: The sound problem does not apply in social media and other apps (eg: instagram, facebook, youtube, X, spotify, etc), only in gaming.

hi i have same problem.i already try  uninstalling and then reinstalling the affected games but problem same.it happened at i update Android 14 so i think is system bug.

Hi, may I know on which game this issue occurs? Genshin Impact or Honkai: Star Rail?

Genshin impact, star rail, honkai impact, BOOMZ.

Yes these are from same game vendor and this issue have been reported by various users from all  phone brands for many years. Please manually enable "Audio API Compatibility Mode" to solve this issue on Genshin Impact. We will also report this issue and recommend  game vendor to add this option on other games too. Thanks.
