VoLTE & Vo-Wifi with problem

I've had this phone for about a month and I can't get these 2 options to work from the menu. activation functions are not found in the phone menu

then you see the menu.
after reboot device need apply this code again
idk why asus not enable this already

yes when you press dial its do nothing but in sim menu where you toggle 5G you see wifi caling and volte
i have C international model and tested on israel operator Partner (Orange)
