Impossible that you could have bought a Rog 6 approved / delivered by T-Mobile, the FCC ID certification dates from September 5, 2022 for the rog 6 (from September 1 for the Zenphone 9), the behavior you have is therefore normal.
If you are very lucky to have purchased an ROG 6 with network standards and all US bands and T-Mobile included it in its offer, you will certainly be able to use it soon.
Hoping that T-MOBILE does not check the IMEI but I do not know this point.

No I didn't purchase it through T-mobile. I got it on eBay. Everything seems to be working fine, except the issues I've described. I took it to T-mobile yesterday to see if there's anything they can do but they just replaced the SIM card and changed some settings but it didn't fix anything.
Can you please explain the FCC certification?

No advanced option work and all of this settings for battery profile work !
You can test it if you know how .....

In different mode whit correct app the phone use different CPU frequency also the battery discharge is smaller in mA in every task and idle mode....
Also in ultra durable mode you dont use full speed of the cpu and the frequency of the cpu are limited for extended battery wife .... Before talk make some test and prove everything that you talk next time
