Phone died when plugged in

Im using the RoG phone 6 Diablo Edition. My phone would immediately shut down when plugged in to charge without the shutting down prompt amd wouldnt turn back on while plugged in. The notification light would also not show that it's charging. Once I remove the cable the phone would turn on when I press the power button. The battery level has stayed at 85% and doesn't change even after 20 minutes of continuous use. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I don't think I've heard this before, are you using the original charger and cable? And is this happening on both charging ports?

Yes this happens on both ports. I have tried the original charger and cable as well as a new charger and cable. Both of the chargers used was able to charge the phone prior to issue and the chargers still charged my other device.

This sounds very odd, I would advice reaching out to your closest ASUS Service Center so that they can look into it better.

I have almost the same problem only im stucking in boot loop after shutting down. By the way it sometimes happens when on charger and sometimes without... I have 34.0210.0210.276 version.
