I do heavy CODM gaming on my phone is it bad for my phone battery?

I usually charage when my phone is between 30-39% but sometimes I go down to 20% 

And I have only charged overnight once that's all 

So i want to know if it's the heavy gaming which caused this or something else and how to solve it

I do heavy gaming too with CODM, Genshin Impact and Undawn on my ROG 5 and always charge when the battery is at 35-40%. But I never had "fair" indicator on battery care.

Idk if it will go back to green or not.

But try to unplug your phone as soon as possible when LED notification turns green or the battery already reach 100% when charging. That's what I do until now and I use ultra steady charging 18W btw cause it's already fast enough for me.

Other members or moderators might have another suggestions.

Hi @RishiRam 
You can try re-calibrating your battery by letting it drain out and then charge it to 100% overnight and see what the result is.

Having the phone connected very often could cause battery deterioration.
