I do heavy CODM gaming on my phone is it bad for my phone battery?

Did you always plug your device into power socket (charging) when playing without activating bypass charging?

Or keep it charging when the battery already reach 90%?

No I don't charge and play

But yesterday my phone hit around 18% while playing with friends and I put phone to charge but had to unplug because was going out but then I put it back on charge again at 28% and let it charge without interrupting till 100%

That's usually because battery overcharge (CMIIW).

Happened to me once when I forgot to unplug the phone when it's already at 100%. But after I never do that anymore so mine is still green.
